Each boat depending on size and mission has 2-4 crew. The Captain and Steward(ess)/Chef are employed with a full time contract and stay with the boat full-time, additional crew like Deckhands are seasonal.

Each season your yacht is available for up to 240 sea-days. Each owner enjoys the yacht for a proportional amount based on their ownership share. Prior to each season, the owners choose their preferred cruising dates using our online booking tool or with our concierge.
